I purchased this to remove the fuzz on my cheeks, chin, and beneath my lower lip. I used the primer, and a thin layer of the remover. it absolutely was on most of my face, below my eyes. Again, a thin coating, nothing just like the photo directions show. I used a timer and wiped the remover off w/ a humid, soft, face cloth. i used to be amazed. The hair was gone and my face was not bright red or irratated. I used it about a month ago and there is very little if any regrowth, yet. Use your fingers to massage the Skin Guarding Balm into your skin, going beyond the area you wish to treat. Massage for 20 seconds in a circular motion.
Effective massage ensures there is a thin layer to keep the Hair Removal Cream from coming in direct contact with your skin, while ensuring the balm doesn't overly coat any hairs you want to remove.
